Well my old Canon 300d has finally given up on me. Was taken pics when all of a sudden was only getting half a photo, one half was all black the other half was the pic. Found out that my auto focus has packed in. A tiny little spring has broken. The camera still works on manual focus. So thought it was about time I brought a new one.  So after a lot of surfing the internet I decided to buy the Olympus e-410. Nice little compact SLR for the money.  Hopefully if the weather stays fine this weekend I will be going out to give it a good test run. Will post the results Sunday.

Hi everyone, I am back, been a while since I have been on line, so what have I missed? Hope you are all ok and still shooting away with your cameras.
